Our Partner on the Ground

Strong partnerships create strong impact.

Inuka is proud to work directly with CHETI NGO, a community-led organisation in Arusha, Tanzania that has been empowering children and families for over 20 years.

Who is CHETI NGO?

CHETI (Children, Health, Education, Team Inspiration) is a Tanzanian NGO established to support vulnerable and at-risk children across Arusha.

What began as a single nursery school has grown into a network of eight schools, boarding facilities, and community programs serving thousands of students  and people in the community every year.

Their work is grounded in:

  • Education access

  • Child protection and wellbeing

  • Community empowerment

  • Economic opportunities for women

  • Health and hygiene initiatives

  • Holistic support for vulnerable families

CHETI is more than a partner, they are the backbone of our impact, the experts in their community and the reason Inuka exists in the form it does today.

Why we work with CHETI

1. Community-Led Expertise

CHETI’s staff, teachers and leaders understand the unique challenges of their community. They identify needs, shape solutions, and drive implementation with cultural insight and compassion.

2. Long-Term Sustainability

Because CHETI is deeply embedded in the community, their programs are designed to last, not just for a moment, but for generations.

3. Shared Values

Inuka and CHETI share a commitment to dignity, opportunity and empowerment. Everything we do is done collaboratively, transparently and with mutual respect.

4. Proven Impact

Over two decades, CHETI has provided education, meals, clean water and safety to thousands of children who would otherwise have limited access to schooling.

This partnership ensures that all of Inuka’s programs are ethical, informed, and community-owned.

Our Commitment to Ethical Partnership

We believe in partnership models that:
✔ Respect local leadership
✔ Prioritise transparency and communication
✔ Honour cultural knowledge and history
✔ Strengthen existing community systems
✔ Build long-term skills and sustainability

Our collaboration with CHETI is built on trust, collaboration and shared purpose.
